5. MORE THAN A TRAINER
I’m a Moroccan-Finnish coach based in Dubai. I grew up in Morocco, started sport at five and spent thirteen years playing competitive football—ten years with Wydad and three years with Raja.
My background combines more than ten years of professional coaching, Active IQ personal-training certification and FIFA football-coaching education focused on players aged three to sixteen.
My relationship with a client does not end when the gym session finishes.
An ACL rupture at sixteen, two surgeries and years of rehabilitation changed how I understood performance. Serving as a sergeant and training soldiers in the Finnish Army later strengthened my approach to leadership, discipline and responsibility.
Today I connect training, nutrition, recovery and accountability around real life. My goal is not to make clients dependent on a coach, but to give them the habits, knowledge and confidence to manage their progress for life.
